The network of Mediterranean experts on climate change (MedECC) is aimed to gather, update and consolidate the best scientific knowledge and to make it accessible to decision-makers and citizens. MedECC has the ambition to contribute to the improvement of policies at national, regional and locals scales by providing scientific evaluations responding to concerns of our societies. MedECC has more than 600 scientists of 35 countries. It is coordonated by Wolfgang Cramer (CNRS, France), Joël Guiot (CNRS, France), Kasia Marini (scientific officer). The steering committee has 20 members.
